What would Tupac say?
Well regardless of this election ima say this. Even if Barack Obama does not win, how can we be disappointed? Look how far this black man has gotten and tell me if you are disappointed. But i can also say that it would be disappointing as well because he has come a loooooong way, very long way and for him to lose now its like, "o back to the drawing board again." People do have a right to be disappointed but look how far the black man has come from slavery days. Paint a broad picture and you find out that we will be victorious no matter what. As a matter of fact we are already victorious. This is a sign that black america is moving up slowly but surely. Keep ya head up. There will always be another day no matter how long it will take. If Obama were to win tomorow, how long would you say it took for a black man to lead this country ever since the first black man came here as a slave. How long did it take for us to finally get our freedom, our voice to be heard, our chance to vote. If Obama wins it will be our time. Our time as a people to rise to the occasion and be ready for anything and expect the unexpected. All things that are good take patience so if Obama wins, that patience will have paid off and damn sure would be worth it. I am glad to be alive during this time of history.
